About Julie
If anyone can relate to moving or buying and selling homes, it's Julie.
Julie spent the majority of her youth moving around the nation. Being a military brat, she's lived in several other states from east to west coast, including Hawaii. She moved back to the Midwest to Bettendorf, Iowa during her freshman year of high school and then graduated from Mankato State in Minnesota.
Since then, Julie has made the greater Des Moines area her permanent home with her husband of 36+ years and four children. Julie loves this community so much and says the best part about her job is working with clients and making new friends. Julie has been perfecting the art of residential sales in the Des Moines area for the past 18 years and continues to strive for excellence in her field. Julie has ranked among the top 5 agents in Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group for the past 11 years, being the #1 agent in 2023 and 2022, and has been in the Top 21 agents for the past 14 years.
Since her move to Re/Max, Julie has teamed up with Wendy Kriegshauser to form Baudler Kriegshauser! Together, we form a team with our clients and absolutely love working with both buyers and sellers in every price point!
